Packer Engineering is looking for a licensed architect with a minimum of ten (10) years of investigative, forensic experience. A qualified candidate for this position shall have experience with construction-related projects, processes, and industry standards. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess substantial design experience as well as experience relative to providing deposition and/or trial testimony related to project work. All qualified candidates must be comfortable and able to develop new business as well as developing client relationships.
The individual filling this position will be responsible for providing litigation and industrial support on multiple projects. Further, this individual shall assist existing staff members with both new as well as ongoing construction-related projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Architecture (Masters Degree preferred) from accredited curriculum.
- RA/AIA registration in the state of Illinois.
- Minimum of 10 years architectural experience, 5+ years experience managing architectural projects with building envelopes, field investigations, data collection, testing and evaluation.
- A thorough understanding of government building codes.
- Excellent verbal and written skills inclusive of computer and software literacy.
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
- Strong marketing and networking skills within the industry.
Accident Reconstructionist

Packer Engineering is looking for a licensed professional engineer with a minimum of ten (10) years of investigative, forensic experience. A qualified candidate for this position shall have extensive experience with mechanical and automotive issues as well as industry standards. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess substantial accident investigation and reconstruction experience as well as experience relative to providing deposition and/or trial testimony related to project work. All qualified candidates must be comfortable and able to develop new business as well as developing client relationships.
The individual filling this position will be responsible for providing litigation and industrial support on multiple projects. Further, this individual shall assist existing staff members with both new as well as ongoing mechanical-related projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (Masters Degree preferred) from accredited curriculum.
- Licensed within the State of Maryland as a Professional Engineer.
- Minimum of 10 years engineering experience, 5+ years experience managing projects relative to mechanical issues, field investigations, data collection, testing and evaluations.
