Laser Scan of Federal Buildings

Packer Engineering was selected by the General Services Administration to perform a 3-D scan of the exterior of the Peachtree Summit Federal Building in Atlanta. Using new long-range scanning technology, Packer Engineering captured every feature on this 30-story building down to one-quarter inch in size! The completed computer model of the building can be manipulated and modified as an aid to architectural upgrades and assessments of the structure.
