Our staff’s extensive experience in industrial design and production custom and practice is often used to assist in answering of trade secret questions. Testing and computer simulation are also used to identify whether or not a procedure or a manufacturing step is readily discoverable. Packer’s four librarians and extensive research library are especially useful in trade secret analyses.
