Non-Destructive
Non-destructive testing refers to the testing or evaluation of a product, material, or system without damaging or preventing the object’s future use. Non-destructive testing is most useful when questioning the material integrity of an object. Packer Engineering uses technology and methods including liquid penetrant testing, infrared and thermal testing, radiographic testing, ultrasounds, and noise detection to evaluate an object for failures such as cracking, surface defects, or fatigue. Non-destructive testing services involve:
- Debris & Particle Analysis
- Failure Analysis
- Flammability of Materials
- Materials Analysis
- Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM)
